@Mihai P. Hi Mihai, it wont be ready today. Im waiting for buliders to leave. It will be next week id say. 450 is ok, its about 3 rooms, sitting room, hallway and 2 bedrooms. All to be stripped up and taken outside
So 2-3 days for €400??
How many floors is it? If you can provide photos of all the work that needs to be done.

@Mihai P. There is a rubbish pipe outside so it can be left there for now
