Karl fixed a faulty pump connection & blocked propeller. He is clever & organised, tidy & a pleasure. Repaired a low toilet.The w/m display wasn't working he reset wm computer.

Task:	Replace exhaust fan

Karl is a wonderful technician, he helped to replace an exhaust fan in toilet and removed all moulds from the attic that prevented sucing the air out of the vent. His price is very competitive.
