• Drywall/rigips installation and repair: patching, fixing holes, installing boards, making straight finishes
• Painting & decorating: walls, ceilings, minor plastering, preparation work
• Minor plumbing tasks: replacing taps, fixing leaks, installing sinks/toilets
• Electrical basics: replacing sockets, switches, lights
• Experience working in houses, apartments, rental properties, and small commercial spaces
• Strong communication with clients and ability to work independently

Training & Qualifications
• Safe Pass (valid)
• Manual Handling Certificate
• Experience with power tools and safe equipment operation
