Did u try metal hooks? I assume the track rail is strong but just the hooks u r using are plastic and weak

@Paul M. The curtain hooks and rail do not seem strong enough to support the curtain. The curtain appears to be too heavy for the hooks, causing it to keep falling down under its weight.

What's wrong with the curtain? Is it only hooks have come out of the rail? What is the white cord on the rail?
