Replace float valve in attic water tank

Our overflow pipe is dripping water from the attic tank which appears to be due to wear and tear on the valve. Need this to be replaced. Also need a step ladder to access the attic

@Gerry G. Thanks Gerry - I mentioned to another quote that there's a few other small jobs around the house. If you are open to looking at those with hourly rate perhaps would be great!
@Patrick L. Hi Patrick - I note that you have quite a bit of experience outside of plumbing. I was going to put up a separate ad for an electrician however we also have a broken extractor fan, a wired ring camera/light that needs installing and a cordless hoover I want to attach to the wall. Also would you bring a replacement valve or would I need to source? Let me know if above jobs interest you and we can come to a price for everything. Appreciate it :)
