Adjust compression of uPVC balcony doors

Description

I have 2 balcony uPVC doors which are a bit drafty. This should be fixed by adjusting the compression of the doors. Attached are photos of the interior and exterior side of one door (the other is identical). This job will require someone familiar with working with different types of uPVC doors.
