Assembly of IKEA KLEPPSTAD Wardobe and drill

Hi, I need help assembling the IKEA KLEPPSTAD small 2‑door wardrobe, as well as drilling into the wall to hang 1 painting in living room and 1 small address board at front of house(Solid red brick wall). I don’t have the right tools (mainly need 1 drill and 1 hammer). I would really appreciate it if someone could assist me at a reasonable price.
