I live in a top floor apartment with an attic above. There are gaps in the ceiling/attic floor above parts of the kitchen cupboards and above a built in wardrobe in the bedroom. Looking for someone to put down some plasterboard and seal the edges to stop attic air from leaking into the apartment These gaps would need to be filled from within the attic as the kitchen and built in wardrobe is blocking access from below. Ladder is needed to access attic. No material provide so please include this with your quote Open to reasonable offers
@Paul D. Thanks Paul, that works for me
Happy to take a look at the job first John with no obligation to access what's needed
@James L. Hi James, unfortunately not as these were taken about a year or so ago during an inspection. I'd need a ladder to access the attic to take better pictures. The rough dimensions of the gaps: Above Wardrobe is about 70cm x 60com (Wardrobe is 120 cm x 55 cm) Above Kitchen is about 230 cm x 40 cm
Hi Jon, is it possible to take a few pics from further back please?
