Attic Insulation fix & Draft proofing

Hi there, I need a handyman for a straightforward job to fix some insulation and draft-proof my attic. I am a single mom of three working two jobs and I am working with a strict budget. Please note: The attic space is low and not stand-up height - bar the middle space - so you will be crawling/kneeling while up there. Based on the tasks, I estimate this is about 3 to 5 hours of steady work for one person. I was gifted a professional thermal imaging survey, so there is absolutely no guesswork needed. I can show you exactly where the cold air is coming from and where the insulation is disturbed. The 4 Simple Tasks: 1) Fix Insulation: Re-adjust the disturbed insulation shown on the thermal scan and top up a few empty spots. 2) Insulate Around Velux Window: Pack insulation around the attic framing for the Velux window (above the top floor bathroom). 3) Foam Seal Gaps: Use expandable foam to seal the gap along the attic partition wall to stop airflow. 4) Draft-Proof Attic Hatch: Install a rubber seal around the landing attic hatch and add a simple latch to keep it tightly closed (the scan showed heavy heat loss here).
