One hinge is broken on this balcony door, we are looking for it to be repaired/ replaced in whatever way is safe and reliable. We've been told we will struggle to find an exact replacement part for the hinge. It's the type of door that can open in multiple directions- out wide, as normal, but also from the top. As far as I'm aware once you accept an offer we can exchange details, but you do have to pay task match the small fee once you accept so, what il do is make a second offer so you're not paying anymore than a few cent if you choose not to go with me
