Hi if you want. I am in Waterford I can check it out and see about 5 o clock or so if it suits you and get a proper look at it
@Cian J. Hi there.Is the 700 including labor and materials?thanks
@Paldeak. That's fine. No worries. Thanks
@Paul M. Yes there is a side gate for access.Thank you for the advice re tree and roots issues as I definitely want to keep the tree there.The whole idea was to install them fancy plastic/composite fences around in the garden by myself and thought I get a solid fix in that corner before that but I might leave that alone if it’s causing hassle. Many thanks
@Paldeak. Also the tree is very close to the wall, digging the foundation will involve cutting some roots aswell as roots in the future growing against the foundation and this can cause issues. It'd more practical to build a bigger/stronger timber fence.
Firstly, what is the access to the garden? Is there a side entrance to the house to get to the garden? Or is it through the house? Is there any laneway at the back to get to garden?
@Paul M. So can I get a quote with and without the foundation please
@Paldeak. Ok. So there's no foundation. That needs to be dug out and filled before the wall can be built.
@Paul M. Hi Paul.No,originally there was a wood fence all along the back and block wall on the right.One of the neighbors in the back built a block wall and a removed all the old fencing.This corner is just temporary covered.
@Paldeak is there a foundation there already under the timber fence? Was there a wall there before?
