1. Kitchen cabinet door is loose and need to be rehung. 2. Kitchen tap is leaking, not bad just droplets 3. Seal in shower basin needs to be reapplied. I have let the shower dry out for +4 weeks to dry and damp

@Paul M. Thanks Paul, I’ve added a photo of the kitchen cabinets. The door hingers are loose, but I think the hinge itself will need to be replaced. We have tried tightening it but the screws just keep spinning. Thank you
