Car Won't Start – Need Mobile Mechanic/Diagnosis

My Nissan Qashqai is not starting. When I turn the key, the engine does not crank/start. We have tried jump-starting the car with another vehicle, but it still would not start. The battery is reportedly quite new. A mechanic has looked at it and suspects the starter may be the problem, but the car needs further diagnosis. I am looking for someone experienced with car electrical/starting problems who can come to the car in Cobh and diagnose the issue and, if possible, get it started. The car is parked at my home and is currently not driveable. Please let me know your call-out/diagnostic price before accepting the task.
