Hi, I'm looking to get the following tasks done - - Fix a hole in the kitchen ceiling that was made to access a leaking pipe. - Fix the kitchen wastewater pipe - Remove bolts from bedroom wall that were used for a floating shelf. Photo attached. Thanks.
Hi Niall, thanks for reply. I updated my offer to FINAL PRICE including all materials - plasterboard patch, waste pipe fittings, sealant, filler, paint, mould treatment and all tools needed. Price is for all 3 jobs. Please note ceiling repair may need 2 visits because plaster filler needs to dry before sanding/painting, so I will lose extra time driving to Killiney. Wednesday 7 AM is ok for me. Let me know to confirm. Thanks, Catalin

Hi Niall, I can do all 3 jobs - fix the hole in the kitchen ceiling, fix the kitchen wastewater pipe leak, and remove the 8 metal bolts from the bedroom wall and fill/paint. I can come on Wednesday at 7:00 AM. I have all tools, experience and materials - angle grinder for the bolts, new waste pipe fittings and sealant, filler, plasterboard patch and paint. Hi, I can come on Wednesday at 7:00 AM to fix the kitchen ceiling hole, the wastewater pipe (as in the photo), and the bedroom wall bolts.
