I have new vents on the side of the house, but they are very noisy and I'd like to replace them. It should be an easy job but I don't have a ladder long enough

@Alan T. 3 vents, I can buy them I just need someone with a ladder long enough to take the ones away and insert new ones. They are above the upstairs windows on a regular semi-detached house
