Check and fix BOSCH Dishwasher

Context: My dishwasher doesn't seem work, not sure if that's due to dirt/residue contamination made sensor malfunctioned or what, in general it's running by its own as soon as power is supplied, no response if push pause/reset button. AI said it could because of the base part got water stuck in, or issue with pump, or electronic issue on control panel, so could be small or medium type of issues to fix. Task: I need someone who has BOSCH knowledge and experience in fixing the same/similar issue to get this checked and fixed.
