Description
Water tank needs checking … you will need ladder to access . Issue is most likely a blockage in the outlet pipe from the water tank . Tank is full but no water exits . I really have to have someone call this morning ????

Turn on whichever tap in the bath fully. Leave it open and a few hours time the air will escape and the water will come out. Stay in the house to keep on eye on it until it flows out.
Which tap? Cold or hot?
@Paul M. The tank is filling ok but I it’s not flowing to the bathroom I wonder it might be an airlock
