Cleaning a perspex roof

Description

There is a perspex roof with paint on the underside and moss/ dirt on the top. We've used a moss/lichen killer (Wet & Forget), but there is still dirt on the top, and it may need to be power washed. On the underside, we need the paint stripped from the sides of the perspex.
