Comunal parts cleaning

Cleaner required for communal hallway/entrance/stairwell of a Georgian property in Dublin 4. Fortnightly, approx. 1–1.5 hours per visit. No kitchens, bathrooms or apartment interiors. Must have public liability insurance, references. Tasks: sweep/vacuum, light mop, dust skirtings/ledges, wipe front door glass/handles/intercom/post area, clean handrail, remove cobwebs, and report any maintenance issues.
