Concealed Shower Temperature Control Repair

Hi, I’m looking for a plumber to identify and repair/replace the thermostatic cartridge in an older concealed shower in Boroimhe Beech, Swords (house built in 2004). The temperature control is stuck around 38°C and has become progressively stiffer over the past few months. I’m hoping to identify the shower brand and replace the cartridge if possible, rather than replacing the entire concealed valve.
