Council rental checklist plus other work

Rental property requires some work following recent inspection. Mainly smoke detectors and some minor works. The works are 1. Two smoke alarms to be provided, fitted and working in the front hallway and upstairs landing. Battery operated will suffice. 2. A carbon monoxide alarm is to be provided and fitted for the living room. 3. Safety restrictor are to be fitted to main bedroom window only. 4. Mechanical ventilation not working in upstairs bathrooms. Needs repair. 5. Dampness and mould in bathoom - room needs repainting throughout including ceiling and work. Photos attached. Notes A. All materials to be provided by the contractor including alarms and paints. B. The boiler inspection is excluded from the works and will be carried out separately by a certified plumber.
