I go there a lot but I live in lucan i look after rental properties as a part time job etc. So Iam putting this appointment on my dairy and try to be there around 2pm. I think the front walls r for the neighbors the grass and the bushy sides would be ok and if you think you can plant something nice ( extra price of course) we can agree on that and might be some agreed maintainnce every now and then to look after it.
