Dpc installation around windows, wall skimmed with filler and caulk. Possibly sanded back, sealed and painted too. I can supply materials I started filling it but I should have put in a dpc

@Catalin G. Hi there, it is 3 windows, 2 in living room and 1 in a bedroom so I will have to work around my housemate but I’ll make it work. I have bought sealer and paint, wotkd you supply materials or do I need to buy filler etc? Also I’ve a small bathroom with large floor tiles so littke grout but could you regrout please?
Hi, I have done similar DPC and damp repairs around windows. I can open the affected corner, install DPC correctly around the frame, fill, seal, sand and repaint to match the rest of the wall. I know drying time is needed, so I can do it in two short visits for a proper finish that won't crack again.
