Drill 2 Curtain Rods + Supply & Fit Bathroom Fan

Looking for a skilled handyman or electrician in Dublin City Centre to complete two tasks in a single visit: ​Mount 2 Curtain Rods above Window Alcove: ​Install 2 curtain rods to hold heavy curtain drapes. ​Challenge: A previous drilling attempt failed due to a hard substrate/reinforced lintel behind the plasterboard. Standard drills will not work. ​Requirements: You must bring an SDS rotary hammer drill, suitable carbide masonry bits, and heavy-duty anchors/plugs (e.g., Fischer DuoPower or concrete sleeve anchors). ​Provided: Curtain rods, brackets, and drapes are already on site. ​Supply & Replace Bathroom Extractor Fan: ​Task: Disconnect and remove the old, faulty surface-mounted fan (Vortice Ariett model) and supply/install a brand-new, fully compatible replacement unit. ​Requirements: Supply a new matching centrifugal fan (or equivalent that fits the existing wall/duct cutout and 230V wiring) and complete the full installation.
