Description
Fit and install a new wash basin with cabinet, WC and cistern, shower tray, shower door, and side panel, along with an electric shower. The existing bathtub will be removed and replaced with the new shower tray, and a shower door & side panel. The WC pipe will be adjusted slightly to align with the new commode. Existing items, as shown in the attached photos, will be removed by the tiler prior to installation. All necessary plumbing connections and fittings required for the setup are included in the scope.

@Simon H. Thanks for the offer, Simon. Before I finalize, I’d like your tiler to come by and assess the job so I can get a quote and timeline. Once we agree on that and the price, I’ll get the bathroom sanitary and plumbing work done right after. I also have a couple of other jobs—like a kitchen counter, shed, and some storage spaces—that I’d like to get done once we’ve agreed on this first project. So, if he can come first, we’ll sort the tiling, and then you can coordinate everything else once he’s on site. Roofing, we’ll discuss when the tiling is finished. Let me know when he can come. @Paul M. This’s perfectly normal and perhaps you have to come and make some adjustments as it’s Done by the plumber when I did my en-suite. But now I am refurbishing the bathroom room.waiting for the tiler to give me the dates. Kindly share your telephone number and I’ll contact you when the tiles are removed.
Well if any alterations to the position of the new items will have to be done before it's tiled. It's not practical to try to fit the new items after it's all tiled! Best to examine the room and pipes after the existing ones are removed to position the pipes correctly for the new sanitary items etc.
@Paul M. I have to get the tiles work done first and have not got the schedule from the tiler yet
@Paul M. Yes. Refurbishing the bathroom and replacing it with the ones. Slight adjustments may be required like in the tray drainage or new commode is more going into the wall etc
