Hi, I have a parasol in my garden which was bought in 2023 which does not go up fully anymore (photos included). I wind the handle the whole way and it only goes up roughly half of what it used to. If any additional photos are needed to diagnose what may be wrong please let me know. Thanks in advance! @Catalin G. The first photo is what it used to look like when it worked. The other photos show what it looks like now.
@Catalin G. The parasol won't go up the full way. There is one photo there for comparison of what it used to look like, but it only goes up part of the way now. Just seen this message now so let me know if you can come tomorrow afternoon, if not let's arrange something next week. Thanks

@Catalin G. I'm free this evening, or tomorrow from 2-4, and then am free most times from Monday onwards next week. Let me know what suits. if any of those times would suit? Otherwise am free most of next week.
Hi Bobby, I saw the photos of the garden parasol. I can come and assemble / fix it for you. I have all the tools needed. Just to note, these parasols are quite heavy so I may need a second person to help lift it into place. I can do it for €60. When would suit you for me to come to Crumlin? Thanks, Catalin
