Filing down or replacing door sill and clean waste

Description
We have a door sill that prevents a door in the house from being opened or closed and locked. The door is on the left as you walk into the house. We need it filed down or removed and replaced with all waste cleaned up afterwards. Ideally some cosmetic finish to it as well afterwards like basic paint Picture attached.

@Ciarán M. Hi Ciaran, would you be free from 2-3 tomorrow? 59 is the total price? Would you be able to add some paint after to the sill as well or just some simple cosmetic finish so that it's smoothed out.
