Fix 3 pvc window handle/locks in apartment

I have small repairs to 3 window handle/lock. The issue is slightly different for each the three: one of the handles no longer functions (the lock mechanism no longer moves). On another it does not fully close (closes only on the latch). On the third window the handle is loose. It looks like the handles were replaced in the past with inferior quality handles and/or not fitted correctly.
