Fix balcony door handle - not closing properly

Description
My wooden balcony door is not closing properly. When the door is open, the handle moves fully down without any issue( Pic 1,2,3). When the door is closed, the handle will not go all the way down, which means the door does not properly shut (Pic 4). Looking for someone experienced with door repairs (handyman or locksmith) to fix the issue. It may need hinge adjustment, alignment, or minor repair so the handle works properly when the door is closed. Available dates: -Tuesday 17th -Thursday 18th -Monday 23rd Please suggest your price and confirm your availability when responding. Thanks very much!
