Fix curtain rods

Description
Had my dad put up some curtain rods for me, but he didn't have the right tools for the job and it didn't go so well. One bracket has collapsed into the wall, and others aren't very sturdy. Would really appreciate it someone could patch up the broken one and improve the other fixings - hopefully some better plugs even would make them more sturdy! Thank you. 3 windows.
