@Robin F. Yes thats correct. Its the flushes that don't work. Sometimes they do then sometimes they don't with the toilets. Its been like that a while. Tonight one minute the machine worked next minute it stopped working. Same with the dish washe4
You have a problem with water income , I presume the dishwasher is down stairs and the toilet is upstairs
