Fix two bedroom door handles

Hi Folks, I need two bedroom door handles fixed. They're BASTA locks One, I need changed to a lockable door handle and the other I just need fixed to close properly. A good Handyman could do these jobs in an hour, maybe two max. Thanks Conor
