Fixing the window (Tilt and turn)

I’m looking for someone experienced with tilt-and-turn windows to repair a window in my apartment. The window can still open fully in the normal side-opening position, but the tilt function is no longer working properly. When I try to open it in the tilted position (opening slightly from the top), it does not stay securely in place as it should. The window also does not close tightly against the frame, leaving a small gap even when fully closed. I suspect there may be an issue with the hinge, locking mechanism, or tilt-and-turn hardware, which may need adjustment, repair, or replacement. Photos of the window and mechanism are attached. Please send an offer if you have experience repairing this type of tilt-and-turn window. If my listed budget is not suitable, please feel free to send an offer with your own price. Please also mention whether your offer includes any necessary replacement parts or if parts would be charged separately.

Hi there, Thanks for the photos. I can fix your tilt-and-turn window - it looks like the top scissor hinge is out of alignment and the window has dropped, which causes the gap. I have experience with this type of window and I can re-align, adjust the hinges and make it close airtight again. I am available tomorrow after 6:30 PM in Fairview. I have all tools with me.
