Hi Lads, (Job start date – flexible we can fix that later for now share your rate alone) Above mentioned rate 10eu is just filled it ignore them ( please share your own rates based on below specification) Flooring quotation needed for the 3 bed – new built house. ————————- 60 sqm tiling ground floor – tile size 60 X 120 (Skirtings removed & fitted with new tile skirtings.) ———————— 60sqm – Laminate first floor – 12 mm Balterio water resistant laminate – Rubber acoustic sound proof underlay (All skirtings removed & refitted) ——- Also, 14 steps : stair skirts needed ——- Once all work over need to clean all rubbish waste item. Note : Sqm are approx once we finalize quote actual measurement has to be taken for ordering materials Thanks Steve
