Indesit fridge/freezer has been gathering ice at bottom of freezer for last few months. Now freezer won't freeze properly. Appliance is 7 years old.

@Andre d. Hi Andre, thanks for answering the add. The fridge is working. Just the freezer is not cold enough to keep foods frozen. We are around during the week if you want to call out? Is it 60 euro for the call out and possible repair?
