Hi Shymon, There is no point in adding a vent to your kitchen extractor fan. As it is far to high above your hob that it will suck little on no air from the hob. Thanks Zak
There seems to be an error in your inspection report. You have an openable window in your kitchen space so the extractor can be a recirculating type and not externally vented. I suggest checking with them and asking for the relevant regulation they are referencing.
