Grass cutting/weeds for pensioner

Description
Regular guy taken il, so grass is now rapidly getting taller. Last trimmed in May. No plants/shrubs, nothing too manicured required but hopefully a strong mower. Front smaller and is not as bad.

@Glen W. Okay then, nettles are mainly at foot where tree stumps are. I react badly to them but do not even walk well. I am able to chop down some of the taller weeds seen, but digging is out of the question.
@Glen W. Friday would be the most preferable for me Glen, but was wondering if after 4 isn't just a tad late to start a job if, say, weather is poor? Okay, but that's up to you if course. As stated, the front is a much smaller area and growth nowhere near as thick or long as out back. It's not 'a lawn', & I doubt those before me even knew what they were planting! Would you treat the weeds/nettles at the back?
@Glen W. Hi GLen, When would you be available please? Pic was taken yesterday, when posted, but grows like billy-o! Wed & Thurs are out (NCT is like moving home for me), but Fri okay so far.
