Those dates both suit. We would need the tiles and the cement removed completely. (To expose the subfloor) so the new flooring can run flush throughout the house. Is this okay?

We will be getting one soon as we are taking up the wooden floors ourselves soon. We have a side entrance where they can be left until we get the skip.
