@Aurel G. Hi Aurel, I attached photos and this window is urgent to be fixed as Im afraid it will fall off completely. The other issue is with the plug of the washbasin. Could you get back to me asap? If you think you can help me out even with a temporary solution to close that window until the handyman of my landord is back from holiday then I’ll pay the booking fee and pm you my details. I just put €80 randomly as I have no clue how much it would cost. Im paying it from my own pocket unless you can give a VAT receipt. Anne
