Hang clothes line (have external insulation)

I have a retractable clothes line I want to hang. I have external insulation on the house so needs to Be done properly (longer drill bit needed etc) or open to ideas. Open to offers and prices. Please advise with offer you are familiar with external insulation and drilling into it safely to not damage it. Thank you

@FATIH I. Hi Faith, ok thank you. You are familiar with working with external insulation before? I will upload some pictures so you can see more. I will need to put hooks into my fence at the end of the garden to add the retractable line to it.
