Description
I’m moving into a new build shortly and need help installing a few fixtures: Heavy-duty curtain rails in the sitting room, kitchen and two bedrooms (might need deep concrete fixings through the plasterboard/dot-and-dab walls) Bathroom towel rails and toilet paper holders (drilling into bathroom walls)

Hi Özgür, Thanks for clarifying - no problem at all. I have a professional stud detector, so I will scan the ceiling and if we are lucky we can catch the joists/studs exactly on the curtain track line for maximum strength. And even if we don't hit a stud, I always use heavy-duty plasterboard fixings rated 90kg per fixing point. I have done many new builds like this, it's 100% guaranteed and safe, the track will not come down. So ceiling mounting is no issue for me. See you Saturday at 1:00 PM then? Thanks, Catalina
@Catalin G. Hi Catalin. Just to clarify, the curtain rails will actually be ceiling-mounted into the plasterboard/joists rather than concrete wall drilling. Its a new build house.

@Catalin G. Bathroom is also plasterboard walls so should be straightforward to fit the toilet paper and towel holders. 7:30 am is too early. drilling is not allowed that early
