Description
Looking for a thorough "clear and kill" job for a 25m² driveway and 36m² gravel garden. I am supplying all weed killers and kiln-dried sand. Tasker must provide a high-pressure power washer and their own weeding tools/sprayers. 1. Driveway (25m² - Brick/Cobble): - Power Wash: Thoroughly blast out all weeds, moss, and dirt from the joints. - Residual Treatment: Apply the supplied professional-grade residual weedkiller once dry. - Re-sand: Brush in the supplied Kiln Dried Sand to completely refill the joints. 2. Gravel Garden (36m²): - Manual Clear: Hand-pull all weeds from the gravel, garden edges, and through the weed mat. - Spray: Apply the supplied long-lasting herbicide across the entire gravel area. 3. Side Borders (3x 2m sections): - Root Removal: Dig out "weed-bushes" by the root (not just surface cut). - Treat: Spray soil with supplied herbicide to ensure no regrowth. Requirements: - Tasker must provide a high-pressure power washer and all necessary sprayers. - All materials (Sand, Roundup, and Pathclear/Residual) are already on-site. - Estimated 4–5 hours of work for an experienced pro with the right equipment.

Yes, I will supply all materials needed, while not the power washer or any tools required (while we have a K4 Kärcher I'm happy to provide, though not sure if it's strong enough). Just to confirm, you have a high-pressure power washer and a sprayer for the weed killer? And when would you be available to do this? It needs a dry window for the chemicals and the sanding. We're working from home, so available both weekdays and weekends. Thanks, Johan

@Sarah D. It’s a 4-hour job: 90 mins for the 25m² power wash, 30 mins to sand, 30min to remove weed in the back, 90 mins for the spray front and back. At €350 for a half-day, that’s €87.50/hr. If you think that’s ‘looking for a lot’ for a driveway and a bit of gravel, we definitely aren't a match. Best of luck.
@Johan R. Good luck if you get someone to buy high quality materials, do labour and do it in a half a day for the money you are offering on here. Your looking for alot to be done for you for 300 euros?
@Sarah D. Hi Sarah, Gallup is €50 a bottle and doesn't stop regrowth. Upping the price to €758 for a half-day's work is taking the mick. I’ll pass. Good luck
@Johan R. Hi, Gallup is the best weed killer, its expensive, fast acting and professional grade. Has to be deluted before use.
