Help to get a headboard up to a bedroom

Description

Headboard 138cm x 140cm will not fit up very narrow staircase. It will fit through upstairs window. I need help to get it up to window. It will need a long ladder and a bit of strength. It is not very high. See photo. It will take 5 to 10 minutes.
