The kitchen units will be IKEA METOD with BODBYN off-white fronts. ——- The positions of the sink, hob, extractor, dishwasher, oven and fridge freezer will remain the same, so no relocation of plumbing or electrical points is required. ——— Kitchen measurements: ——— Wall 1: approx. 280 cm Wall 2: approx. 260 cm Ceiling height: approx. 260 cm ——- Kitchen units: Base cabinets: approx. 6–7 units, including sink unit and corner unit ——- Wall cabinets: approx. 5–6 units, installed high, close to ceiling ——- Tall cabinet: 1 integrated fridge/freezer housing ——- Oven housing: for existing oven ——- Please note that IKEA lighting will be excluded depending on quote. ——- Appliances and fittings: Integrated fridge freezer to be fitted into tall unit. Integrated dishwasher to be refitted Oven to be reinstalled. Hob to be reinstalled, no relocation required. Extractor to be installed into the extractor wall cabinet, extractor to be sourced separately. Undermount granite composite sink to be installed. ———- Scope of works required: Removal of existing kitchen units, please confirm if disposal is included (please provide quote with and without this service) ——— Installation of IKEA kitchen cabinets, including base units, wall units, tall fridge/freezer unit and appliance housing ——— Adjustment of plinth height if required to accommodate a thin compact laminate worktop, approx. 12mm ——— Installation of compact laminate worktop, including accurate fitting, joins, hob and sink cut-outs, and proper support across all spans ———- Installation of matching compact laminate window sill to align with the worktop finish (or same tile as backsplash wall) ———- Installation of undermount granite composite sink, including secure fixing, sealing and alignment ——— Reinstallation/fitting of integrated appliances, including oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob and extractor ———- Connection of sink and dishwasher to existing plumbing, please confirm if included or separate ——— Installation of porcelain tile backsplash, likely large format with minimal grout lines, please confirm if tiling is included ——— Additional context: No major structural or layout changes are required.
