Hi Deepak, thanks for all the considerations. Tracks can only be ceiling mounted. Since one of the tracks will hold heavy curtains and the second only a light voile, should joist be not thick enough, we can do heavy one into joist, light one with the good anchors

I also have a stud finder and I have 90kg rated butterfly anchors. So if somewhere we cannot hit a joist, we will use the 90kg butterfly fixings and the tracks will be 100% secure.

Thank you for the offer. It's plasterboard with joists going along the same direction as the tracks need to be. But don't yet know if joists are at the right distance from the wall. Don't have tracks yet - will be collecting them later this week

Same place side by side. One for the curtains, one for the voile. Plaster board ceiling with joists going across along the same direction as the tracks need to be. Just don't yet know if joists are at the right distance from the wall, but I have a stud finder, will check

I have experience with ceiling fixings and I have all tools. I can come to Ashbourne this week.
Can you confirm what type of ceiling it is - concrete or plasterboard? And do you already have the tracks?
