@Marc W. There are 10 vents in total. Previous owners blocked them with spray foam. So need that removed and replaced. I don’t have vents at the moment, and will be happy for you to buy and replace and I’ll pay for the materials and labour. Is this something you’re happy to do?

@Alan T. I don’t think it needs much drilling. The old ones need to be removed and new ones replaced. The previous inhabitants blocked the old vents with spray foam.
