@Marie, that shouldn't be a problem. Regards Damien

@Damien . Second floor in roof of dormer bungalow. Thanks

@Marie, the offer I put in would be price, including supplying the extractor fan. Can you tell me what floor the room is located on please? Regards Damien

Maire N. yesterday

@Damien . Ok Damien. What would be the full price do you think?

Damien . yesterday

Hi Marie, yes, it is possible to hide the cable and make it safe at the same time. I'd try and keep any need for patchwork to a bare minimum. Regards Damien

Hi Maire, yes if it's an upstairs bathroom you can put it in the ceiling. Run the ventilation through the attic. You will need an isolator switch above the light switch. There may be some patch work afterwards

@Damien . I am concerned that it will look very bad if there is a cable involved. Would it be possible to put it in ceiling which is below the attic?

Damien . Made an offer yesterday

No problem, best of luck

Maire N. yesterday

@Darren L. I didn't realise that a cable would be involved. Might look very bad. I will have to think about it. Thanks

Hi Maire, Ok so run a cable from the light switch, chase it behind wall directly to the extractor fan, will need to core drill out hole for ductwork straight outside. House or apartment?

@Michael M. Sorry I have already accepted offer

Hello Maire, Is there a pre-existing power supply or old extractor already there?
