Install dishwasher in a new build kitchen

Description
Our new apartment was delivered with a kitchen that in one of the lower cabinets has a sticker saying “for future dishwasher”. The cabinet is right beside the sink so I believe there’s plumbing ready in the back, but can’t see it to confirm. We have a dishwasher (the one that can be installed hidden, so the cabinet door will be attached to the dishwasher door). We don’t know how to install it and would like someone to come and check and install it if possible. Please provide your price in case it’s possible to install it in the day.
