4mx3m room needs flooring finished. I have about 1/4 done, the awkward part around the fireplace, but haven't time to finish it. If possible this Fri/Sat/Mon/Tues, but can organise another day otherwise.

@Garrett D. Hey Garrett, thanks for the reply. I was able to find a old pic so I've added it now as I'm not at the house. That front facing panel is removed, and there is a hole now untill I replace that whole section. So just need the flooring a little into that hole as I will be covering it later on possibly with a step.
Hi Ken. Can you post a pic of the stairs, what are you wanting to do there. Is it run it as close to the bottom step as you are adding a step there is it? Regards. Garrett
Just to add to my last note, the gaps between the wall and the plasterboard are deep in places so currently the flooring is going under the plasterboard, but there is an expansion gap then still to the wall main wall
Hey James, thanks for the reply. There is at least 10mm expansion gaps all round, the bottom of the stairs has an opening at the moment, but the laminate are fine to go under some of it as a step will be put in later and will cover that section. I don't have a pic of the doorway but I can finish that myself, just need it up as far as the center doorway. No skirting as I'll do that myself, so it's just the laminate.
Hi Ken, have you left expansion gaps? It's hard to say from the pictures but it doesn't look like it? The fireplace is the easy part, can you show a picture of around the bottom of the stairs and from the doorway into the room. How do you intend on finishing at the doorway? Do you need skirting done too?
