Fit a new washing machine that Currys refused to install. They said the pipe connection was damaged, there were no pipes properly clasped to the wall and that the cold water mains needs a stopcock installed before the washing machine can be connected. Looking for the cheapest safe way to get the machine installed (i.e. is a stopcock on the mains really necessary?)
@Richard B. Hi Richard. That's great, thanks. This is for my brother-in-law and he has just advised me that he only pays by electronic transfer in order to maintain a trail of his outgoings. If that affects your pricing offer I understand, just let me know
@Aaron C. I double checked and he's ok to leave the stopcock for another time as the washing machine is the immediate priority. However he has just advised me that he only pays by electronic transfer in order to maintain a trail of his outgoings. If that affects your pricing offer I understand, just let me know
I can do it tomorrow
@Aaron C. Hi Aaron. Thanks for your offer which I would be accepting if it was me, but this is for my brother-in-law and he apparently wants the stopcock installed too. Is that within your capability? And if so can you advise on cost?
@Richard B. Hi Richard. Thanks for your offer and I see you're a plumber which is preferred. What's your expected timeline?
